Step 1 - Order products
Once you have found a product, click on the 'ADD TO CART' button.
Step 2 – Shopping Cart
Select the desired number of items and click the cross to add another product to the shopping cart.
Step 3 – Order
Is your order complete? Then click on the 'CHECKOUT' button in the shopping cart.
Step 4 - Enter data
We need your details to deliver your order.
Choose whether you want your order to be delivered or picked up.
Then select the desired payment method. Fill in all the details and click on 'CHECK ORDER'.
Step 5 - Pay for order
Check your order details and click 'PAY NOW'. By doing this you agree to the terms and conditions. You will receive an email confirmation of your order.

We always do our utmost to ensure that your package is delivered as quickly as possible.

Delivery times in the Netherlands: In general, we pack all orders placed before 15:00 the same day. In most cases, your order will be delivered the next business day .
If you order during the weekend, you will need to be a little more patient, as we will pack your order on Monday.

If the order has not yet been processed and packed, it is possible in most cases to adjust the order.

Shipping costs Netherlands:
We will pay the shipping costs for you if the order amount is above €20. In many cases, you will enjoy free shipping at Verhuisdozengigant. If the order amount is below €20, the shipping costs are €5.95.
Shipping costs Belgium and Germany:
We also deliver to Belgium and Germany. If the order amount is less than €50,- then the shipping costs to Belgium and Germany are €7.95.
Shipping costs France:
We also deliver to France; shipping costs are €12.50.
NL: Free shipping from €20,= (otherwise €5.95)
BE and DU: Free shipping from €50,= (otherwise €7,95).
FR: €12.50

As soon as the order has been packed, you will receive an email from us with the tracking information.
From that moment on you can start tracking the order. If the status of your order changes, you will receive a message again.

We deliver all shipments via our partner DPD.

We pack our orders with great care and attention. However, it is possible that we made a mistake while packing. Please contact our customer service, we will come back immediately with a suitable solution.
If you have placed a larger order, it is possible that we will make multiple packages of it. We cannot guarantee that these packages will stay together and be delivered at the same time. Often you will have already received a message that your order consists of multiple track and trace codes. Then please wait until the order is complete.
What happens if I am not at home during delivery?

If the carrier does not find you, the carrier will first try to deliver the package to your neighbors. If that does not work, you will receive a not-at-home message via email and the carrier will return the next day.
After an unsuccessful attempt to deliver, the package is often ready at a service point. You will receive a message there via the track and trace data of where the package is.

You can pay with iDeal, Creditcard, Klarna (pay afterwards), Paypal and Bancontact (Belgium)
iDeal
The most popular way to transfer money is via iDEAL. Affiliated banks are ABN AMRO, SNS Bank, ING, Rabobank, ASN Bank, Regio Bank, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers and Knab.
Credit card
It is also possible to pay with credit cards from Mastercard, American Express and Visa. In this case, you will be asked for the three-digit security code (CVV or CVC). This code can be found on the back of the credit card, right above the signature strip.
Pay afterwards with Klarna
You can pay afterwards by choosing Klarna. You will have 14 days to pay the invoice and you will receive clear instructions for the payment. Do you still have questions about Klarna or are you running into something? Then contact Klarna customer service.
Paypal
Do you have a paypal account? With us you can also pay with Paypal.
Bancontact
For our Belgian customers we have Bancontact, which you can use to pay for every online purchase.

Can I return my order?

Of course, returns are possible. You may return a product within 30 days of receipt. It is important that it meets the following conditions:
- The product is complete with all included accessories,
- The product has not been altered, ironed, washed, processed or used,
- The product is properly packaged, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging.
Within the return period/inspection period, you may reasonably try out your ordered item to see if it works properly and if you are happy with it. You may assess it in a way that you would do in a store; try it on, feel it and assess whether you like the material, colour and shape. You may therefore not use the item if you do not yet know whether you will keep it.
In the case of so-called 'hygiene products' (bath and bed linen), a reduction in value may apply to the refund amount if the item does not meet the conditions and/or is returned even in a used/washed/altered condition.
For returning you pay EUR 2.50 per package , the rest of the return costs we will pay for our account. The return costs will be settled with the invoice.

You can easily register your return online. Log in to verhuizendozengigant.nl with your e-mail address. Did you order as a guest? No problem! You will receive an e-mail with a 6-digit code that will give you access to your order. Indicate which items you want to return and the quantity. It is helpful if you also indicate why you want to return the items.

Return period
Is the article not what you are looking for and is the article in its original condition and does it meet the return conditions? Then you can return the article within 30 days.
Return costs
For returning you pay EUR 2.50 per package, the rest of the return costs are for our account. The return costs are settled with the invoice.
Steps for registering a return
1. Register your return online.
For more information, see "How do I register my return" in the frequently asked questions.
2. Pack the items (if possible) in the original packaging.
Then put the items as much as possible in one package, including any associated parts. If you no longer have the original packaging, put the items in another sturdy packaging. You are responsible for the good arrival of your return.
3. Wait until your return is approved.
Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email from the carrier with a DPD return stamp and a confirmation email from Delta Webshops.
Print this stamp and then stick it on your package.
4. Hand over your return.
Drop off your return at a DPD Parcel Point.
The code will be scanned at this point and the package will then be returned to our address. Please retain your proof of postage until the return has been processed by us.
5. Track your return.
Please note that processing a return can take several days on average. If your return has not been processed after 10 days, please contact us and we will immediately look into the reason for this.
When you hand in your return, you will receive a receipt with a track & trace code with which you can track your return. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive an email from us. You may receive multiple emails, because the items can be processed at different times.
6. Refund.
Did you pay with iDEAL? We will then refund you as soon as possible. This will happen within 10 days and always only after your return has been processed by us.
If you use Klarna or credit card, we will adjust your outstanding balance within 10 days and always only after your return has been processed by us.
