Important: delivery of your order
- You order per pallet (240 pieces).
- Delivery is by truck.
- Someone must be present on the day of delivery to receive the pallet.
- We only deliver to locations where a pallet can be unloaded – delivery to home addresses is not possible.
- If no one is present at the time of delivery, transport costs will be charged.

Pallet orders cannot be returned.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and we will schedule the delivery with the truck. You will also receive an email with the delivery appointment. Orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually delivered the next business day. On the day of delivery, you can call us to ask in which time slot the pallet will be delivered.
